Geauga County Probate Court
Below is a redline version indicating a couple of changes we have made to our Probate Local Rules of Court. The changes are located on pages 67, 68, and 70. Of particular note is new Rule 78.30 regarding the use of Artificial Intelligence.

Eleventh District Court of Appeals
Please find below the 2026 amendments to the Local Rules for the Eleventh District Court of Appeals. We ask that you make the revised rules available to the public for 30 days, from January 26th to February 25th, in accordance with Sup.R. 5(A)(2).
This court will receive public comments regarding our rule revisions through Wednesday, February 25, 2026. Public comments should be e-mailed directly to me at [email protected].
Please note: The rules have been re-numbered to match the Ohio Rules of Appellate Procedure. All other modifications and additions are indicated in red.
